Thang Global Roadmap 2026

It's been a while since our last update, and there's a good reason for the quiet spell.
The past two months have been all about groundwork: restructuring, planning, and laying the foundation for what's coming.
💡 Something you might not know: we've been running ad campaigns across the web, and the numbers are looking promising. People are discovering Thang and showing real interest. With new and returning players coming in, we wanted to make sure the experience was the best it could be, so we got to work.
New Website
The first big thing dropping is a completely rebuilt site. We gave it a cleaner, more modern look, but kept the old school soul that makes Thang what it is. Registration, email verification, avatar, inventory and warehouse preview, all of it has been revisited and streamlined.
New Developer
The team is growing. We brought on a developer dedicated specifically to the game. More hands means we can actually keep pace with the future implementations.
Roadmap
🚩 Milestone 1 - New Website
- Full visual redesign
- Registration, download, and navigation flows revised and optimized
- User profile page with avatar, inventory and warehouse preview, new store, banners, news page, lunes, premium status, and more
🚩 Milestone 2 - New Sets
- New gear set for level 220 with Himmapan aesthetic
- Maximum level cap increase
🔄 Rolling Improvements
- We rewrote the launcher from scratch. Better compatibility, better performance, and a path toward Linux support in the future
- You may start seeing more emails from us as part of our marketing efforts. We genuinely want to hear what you think, so feel free to reply with feedback
🚩 Milestone 3 - New Game Mechanic
- A new game mechanic is in the works, bringing new maps and monsters
- This one will be a bigger launch. More details coming soon, but the maps are nearly done and the assets are being finalized as we speak
Under the Hood 🔮
Alongside the new site, we overhauled how our servers communicate with the game, integrating tools that improve data collection and let GMs act on in-game situations much faster.
We also tackled a solid round of bug fixes:
- Fixed massheal bug
- Fixed stacking to warehouse when full
- Fixed skill upgrade window not closing when inventory is full
- Fixed client crash on guild removal
- Fixed cosmetic shadows in client 4.x
- Fixed appearance not updating after removing a cosmetic
- Fixed dien withdraw/deposit exploit via premium warehouse
- Fixed ring expiry stat glitch
- Uncapped goods price in player shops
- Added items that work as both cosmetic and equip
